Remi Going For A World Record - The Beginning

Remington's size has long since been a wonder to me and to all whom have come into contact with him. These days we have to use a step stool to reach his back for brushing and bath time, and also to harness him. I always joke that I would rather wash a bus, but then a bus doesn't give you kisses.

A few months back I submitted a claim to the Guinness World Book for the "World's Tallest Living Horse". After months of waiting for a response, one finally came this past Monday and he will hopefully be on his way into the competition.

Our tasks are to submit his measurements and some pictures, so we will be getting him all spiffy and squeaky clean for his glamour shots. I will submit them to Guinness and hopefully we will reach the next phase of the process.

We do know he is taller than the current record holder, however, there is competition brewing in Canada. We'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

No matter what the outcome is, Remi will always hold the record for capturing a big part of my heart. He is an amazing horse who provides a constant source of amusement and love.

So, it's game on and away we go.
