We are so thrilled and to be sure, the big boy will be getting some extra carrots today! I got out of the boot this morning so I'm going to hobble down to the barn and give him a big ole kiss on his big ole nose!From trainer mom and myself, thanks to all of you for your support, your encouragement and for staying with us. We're not going anywhere, so don't any of you.

Congratulations. I used to live in Sulphur Springs and never got the chance to the the previous title holder, but 80 inches is amazingly large. And these are such kind, gentle horses for a reason: they don't HAVE to be mean. :)

ReplyDeleteJust have to watch out for those feet as you know. I have had my toes stepped on 3 times while leading one of those big guy's. They were not quite as big as yours though.

ReplyDeleteHello and Congrats!!! I just read the article then found your blog. How long have you had Remi? How did you come accorss on Remi? How old is Remi now? Remi is a very pretty horse. I wish their is a way I could have a picture of Remi on my computer as a desk top background. I just love pictures of horses. I use Magentic screensaver and wall changer on my computer. It would be nice to see if Remi could get on something like that. It would be nice. I would just like to say again Congrats and way to go REMI!!!
